Carbonite download large files faster

Maybe there should be a section in the Carbonite application, or in the Carbonite user control panel, that lists files in folders selected for backup, which have not been backed up. Anyone have any experience with Mozy? I ran a disk monitoring tool and it shows Carbonite querying some file information over and over and nothing is sent anymore to the server. To back-up those files I have to rename them, back-them up and rename them again to the original filename. If everybody references the same thing, maybe they will take notice. You will notice, if you do a search for Carbonite, that any negative mention of Carbonite sees someone from Carbonite jump in to offer assistance.
