I did load the game on my Mac Pro and the first day it was the same. However i checked today all of the assets and mods are there. Its just on PC that they are not showing up now.

Welcome to Arqade. Many times when you unzip these files, their directory structure is one level too high for the Community folder to read. If you copy the structure as it is starting with the high-level directory, it may not work. What you want is to have the level under Community start with the mod name directory, followed by the actual files.

Basically, if there's a high-level directory, don't include it when you move or copy your files. In this case, you would want to move the StLouisArch directory under Community.
